Dog Training Programs
Basic Tracking Foundation
This is our most popular training program. This program lays a solid foundation for you to build on in the field. It is a board and train program. With this program, we guarantee your dog to successfully complete a mock trail of 600-800 yards at 12 hours old with multiple turns. On average this program takes 4-6 weeks.
Advanced Tracking Training (including the Basic Foundation)
With this training you will get everything included in the basic foundation, plus more. We will work on more advanced scent, terrain, and trail challenges. We will create scent pools, scent gaps, and other critter challenges. We will work the dog through water, fields, briars, roadways, mud, and more. Our guarantee is the dog will successfully complete and overnight trail of 1200-1500 yards. This training takes and average of 8-10 weeks.
Continuing Training
This is designed for further training, whether it be more advanced training or refresher.
Virtual Training
This is designed for the person that wants to train their own dog, but needs guidance. We will work with you every step of the way. This will require detailed communication and videos provided by you.
Additional Options
These options are to be combined with the Basic and/or Advanced training
Handler Training
This is a 4 hour course focused on advanced handler skills. This will be field work, as well as ”book work”. We will cover “reading the dog”, analyzing the signs, strategies, record keeping, interpretation of records, and much more. This is a 1 on 1 course tailored to your individual needs.
Off Lead Training
This includes recall training with audible collar commands, as well as off lead handling on mock tracks. This requires a minimum of the Basic Foundation Training program.
